1. No Cancellations After Enrollment

Once a student is admitted and the admission process is completed (including payment of fees), cancellation of admission or course withdrawal is not permitted under standard policy.

This includes:

  • Voluntary withdrawal from the course
  • Personal or financial issues
  • Non-attendance or lack of participation
  • Change of career plans or educational interests

2. Exceptional Cases

DIMST may consider cancellation requests under rare and exceptional circumstances (such as serious medical emergencies or force majeure events). Any such requests must be:

  • Submitted in writing
  • Supported by verifiable documentation
  • Reviewed and approved solely at the discretion of the Management

Note: Even if cancellation is approved, no refund will be issued, as per the Refund Policy.


3. Cancellation by the Institution

DIMST reserves the right to cancel admission or suspend a student in the following cases:

  • Submission of false documents or misrepresentation
  • Violation of institutional rules, including code of conduct
  • Non-payment of fees within the deadline

In such cases, no refunds or fee adjustments will be provided.
