1. No Refund Policy
At Dolphin Institute of Medical Science and Technology (DIMST), all fees paid are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Admission fees
- Tuition fees
- Registration fees
- Examination fees
- Hostel and transport fees (if applicable)
- Any other service-related charges
This policy applies to all programs, courses, workshops, and services offered by DIMST.
2. Student Acknowledgment
By enrolling in any program or making any payment to DIMST, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. We advise all applicants to carefully review program details, eligibility, and financial commitments before making any payments.
3. Exceptions
DIMST does not entertain refund requests under any of the following circumstances:
- Withdrawal or cancellation of admission by the student
- Non-attendance or failure to complete the course
- Change in personal circumstances or academic decisions
- Delay or failure in visa approval or travel arrangements (if applicable)
4. Discretionary Consideration
In rare and exceptional cases, the management of DIMST may, at its sole discretion, consider partial adjustments or credits. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
